Our client has a great opportunity for an HR Officer to join their team. You should have a minimum of 2 years Generalist Human Resource experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Duties will include: Provide advise to management on HR issues, Recruitment & Selection, Implementing Company Policies & Procedures and Liasing and assisting the HR Manager with additional Human Resource projects. Candidates should be part CIPD qualified or studying towards full qualification and have excellent interpersonal skills allowing them to communicate with people at all levels within the company.
