Just in…Our client, one of the foremost specialists in their chosen field, seeks a Human Resource Officer / Advisor to play a key role within the organisation. Reporting to the HR Director your role will be the management of the Human Resource function. Duties will be varied, involving, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Advising senior management on all employment issues, Developing and Updating Company Policies and Procedures, Reviewing Training & Development Programs and undertaking departmental projects with the HR Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & organisational skills and come from a Generalist background, with an exceptional understanding of the current employment legislation. Previous experience of recruitment at all levels highly desirable. CIPD qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience sought.
