CIPD graduate with 5 years HR experience wanted for our market-leading client. With 280 employees your role will be the management of the Human Resource function. Reporting to the HR Director your duties will include Recruitment & Selection, Reviewing & Updating Company Policies & Procedures, Advising senior management on all employment issues and Reviewing current Training & Development courses. You will need excellent communication & organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time. With an in-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and experience of recruiting at all levels within a company would make you an ideal candidate for this post.
