The purpose of this job is to be responsible for the operation of the branch and to achieve agreed performance targets whilst advancing the service standards of the Company and abiding by Company policies and statutory legislation. You will have a professional attitude and approach, and have a minimum of two years’ detailed knowledge and experience of the Estate Agency market and have a proven sales track record. You will be well organised and whilst delegating is part and parcel of management you will also need to have a hands on approach and be involved in the day to day activities of the branch. You will therefore need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work alongside the Mortgage Consultant to ensure that the targets of the Consultant and those of the Branch are met. You will need to be PC literate in order to benefit from the information available to you from within the Countrywide Group. Responsible for ensuring staff training needs are met ,you will therefore be able to coach and motivate people and will regularly undertake reviews with your staff to ensure that they are able to achieve their targets and to ensure the progression of their personal development.
