COMPANY INFORMATION: Established in the 1980’s this residential sales and letting specialist has grown in to a market leading position, covering the center of London and the affluent surrounding areas this company takes on average 400 instructions (sales and lettings) a week that is over 20000 instructions per year. The company believes that you need to invest to grow and with this a high percentage of the annual profit goes back into the office in the form of advertising making sure that you always have a varied portfolio of properties to sale and let.
JOB DISCRIPTION: As a professional estate agent you will be arranging and accompanying viewings of top end of the market properties. Once your applicants have established an interest in a property then you will have to negotiate the sale between the vendor and the perspective buyer.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You should be self motivated and not scared of getting you hands dirty. Only people who believe they are the best should apply for this position. The successful applicant should not be scared off working long hours, and working every other Saturday. You should have a dynamic personality and be extremely well dressed, Due to the volume of work that is done on the phone you should have a clear telephone voice.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU: We offer you the opportunity to sell top end of the market properties. in reward for your hard work we will give you the opportunity to earn £40000 in your first year, commission is uncapped so the opportunity to earn more is in your hands. We will also offer you a company car, with the opportunity to up grade your car as you hit your targets. We will also guarantee you £22000 for the first three months while you build yourself a working pipe line full training will also be provided.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED: At trainee level the successful candidate should have a clear and precise telephone voice. You should also be educated to graduate level, or alternatively you should have a proven track record in other customer based sales roles i.e. car sales, travel agents etc
Sales Negotiator you have at least a years current estate agency experience, you should also have a proven track record.
