Comprising of a mixed estate of leisure, retail, commercial and residential properties. You will be required to deliver the timely, cost effective and high quality capital projects. You will develop ideas and prepare initial layout for future projects, initiate feasibility studies and business cases for projects. In addition you will co-ordinate associated property development projects and specialist construction expertise to the estate. You will also manage minor and intermediate projects on an annual basis. AutoCAD literate with a track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
