Our client has over 285 stores and employs more than 3500 people nationally and is a very successful retailer.
Operating under several different fascias they boast a dynamic management team and an ongoing commitment to investment in their people and the long-term growth of their business.
In order to enhance their current team they are seeking an Area Manager with responsibiity for 23 stores in the South East.
Requirements:
Essential - You must currently be at Area Manager level in clothing retail, and will have had at least 2 years experience of multi site management.
You will be a dynamic leader with the ability to motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets whilst keeping in line with the priorities and objectives of the business.
You will be able to manage and achieve results from a distance whilst displaying flair, imagination and a high degree of commercial awareness.
They are looking for a risk taker, good entrepreneurial skills, thinking out-of-the box.
This is a fantastic opportunity within a well established area, with masses of potential for the right person.
