Our client is the leading UK system integrator for solutions based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies, which are already revolutionizing many areas of business where bar codes have previously dominated. Part of the £1.2 billion LINPAC Group, our client has already secured the world’s largest contract for the roll-out of RFID technology. To support our aggressive growth, we are looking for an exceptional Office Manager with HR experience, who can manage the demands of a rapidly growing company. This is a varied position that will require much multi-tasking, including running a busy office and managing all aspects of HR at Intellident Ltd. The ideal applicant will have previous experience of Office Management and should enjoy a challenge. Applicants should be educated to at least A Level standard, and have a minimum of 2 years office management experience, together with some HR experience. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have worked in a fast paced environment previously. The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and make decisions under pressure is essential. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES PA Support to Managing Director & other Directors. Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and keep up to date with changes in employment law. Manage all HR administration including issuing of offer letters, contracts and gaining references for all new staff. Recording holidays of all staff, and absence management. Providing an Induction to all new staff on current policies, procedures and systems in place. Managing the implementation of formal HR policies and procedures in line with company expansion. Ensuring all procedures and policies introduced are communicated, and followed by staff. Advising on Health & Safety matters at Intellident. Co-ordinating the whole recruitment process Cost effective ordering of all office equipment (including mobile phones, stationary etc.) Organising the central filing system. Effective & Disciplined approach to Office Management. Supervising the Receptionist who will assist you in your work.
