A small and successful electronic publishing company has an immediate opening for an office / business administrator. The company is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and efficient person to support our expanding operations. The successful candidate would be involved with administration and management of office and business activities from filing and ordering stationery to maintaining databases, electronic records, sales, marketing and operations support. Essential elements of the job are: * Tidiness and administration capability * Showing initiative, being pro-active and working without supervision * Good telephone manner and communication skills * Fluency with computers, Internet, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other commonly used software.
