A major mobile operator requires a Designer to join their mobile internet division. The focus of the role is in creating and maintaining a cohesive design for the Content Management system within the Content Delivery team. The key responsibilities will be building and developing relationships with other business communities to understand the rationale behind business requirements as well as to liaise with other Content Management teams across the company. This will also involve actively working with 3rd Party vendors on the parameterisation of standard product and the development of customised enhancements. It is essential that you have at least 3 years experience in designing and developing using 3rd party products and that you have evidence of using structured methods. Expert understanding and experience of one or more leading Content Management products is a must. A good understanding of UNIX, XML and GSM is highly desirable.
