Our client, a major mobile operator, requires an experienced Programme Manager to oversee a programme of multiple projects to meet evolving business requirements. The focus of the role is in managing the relationships with business stakeholders and in creating a strategy for SMS Portals which will support the development of an international approach to the provision of SMS Content Services. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of the project delivery through multiple different teams and managing 3rd party suppliers. It is essential that you have a 2.1 Honours in Computer studies or an equivalent degree and experience of managing at least one £3 million+ project/programme. The ideal candidate will have managed at least 5 parallel projects and a minimum of 8 years technical project management experience (at least 2 years in a Mobile/Internet environment). A minimum of 8 years exposure to server-side application development is a must. German language skills and experience with Business Development or Account Management are highly desirable.
