5 years exp of working in the Telecoms Industry (3 years exp with Ericsson in a position with close customer contact). Knowledgeable about the Ericsson Modification Handling + Customer Support Processes, lead other people, set deadlines, prioritise, work under pressure. You will be accountable + responsible for the efficient running of the Support Office + customer sites.
