My client has an urgent requirement for an experienced GSM NSS Planning Engineer for a substantial GSM network expansion project in the Middle East. / Persia. The successful candidate will be joining a consulting team working with the incumbent operator. Ideally candidates should have experience of core network dimensioning, switching, capacity and traffic planning on a GSM network (MSC, BSC, HLR), and optimisation of the Core Network topology. Also it would be extremely beneficial for candidates to have experience with signalling (SS7, N7), GPRS network dimensioning / planning, and IN planning. Whilst the above list is for an ideal candidates those with some of this experience maybe considered.
