The company believes that you need to invest to grow and with this a high percentage of the annual profit goes back into the office in the form of advertising making sure that you always have a varied portfolio of properties to sale and let. JOB DISCRIPTION: As a professional estate agent you will be arranging and accompanying viewings of top end of the market properties. Once your applicants have established an interest in a property then you will have to negotiate the sale between the vendor and the perspective buyer. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You should be self motivated and not scared of getting you hands dirty. Only people who believe they are the best should apply for this position. The successful applicant should not be scared off working long hours, and working every other Saturday. You should have a dynamic personality and be extremely well dressed, Due to the volume of work that is done on the phone you should have a clear telephone voice. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Salary is subject to experience and suitability. Work will take you to Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset, though your base will be Wiltshire.
