Operational Systems Manager required to work with the systems architect and key users to design enhancements to the enterprise operational support systems (OSS). You will take managerial responsibility for a development team of about 6 staff. You must be a technical manager as well as a people manager, delivery focussed and have an understanding of business priorities, plus the ability to learn quickly under your own initiative. You should have a pragmatic and common sense approach to problem solving and be results focused with the ability to build relationships amongst other members of the group.
