They have a strong presence in the UK market and are currently looking for a Sales Engineer / Manager to cover the NE England, Scotland and Irish (NI and Republic) Territories. The role is HOME BASED and involves direct selling of the company's materials testing instruments to the automotive, aerospace, university, materials and component production markets. The candidate: - Educated to a good standard in an engineering discipline, degree preferred. - Mature, self motivated and able to work autonomously. - Skilled sales professional with a proven track record in capital equipment sales. - At least 5 years relevant experience. - Excellent relationship builder and account management skills. - Able to travel and meet with clients anywhere within the territory. The role: - Home based role, fully equipped home office. - Extensive travel throughout the territory. - Selling high value capital equipment via a diagnostic, multi-stage selling process. - Remit to manage existing clients while proactively growing the market.
