Hoffmann de Visme Foundation runs five residential care homes, an educational day centre and other services for adults with autism and learning, communication and behavioural difficulties.
We are looking for people that have experience of working with autism and learning disabilities or those who are keen to gain that experience.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and enthusiasm as well as being empathetic to our user group. You need a clear understanding of most aspects of autism, although training is provided.

Hoffmann de Visme Foundation is a registered charity based in North London, providing residential and day care for adults with autism, and a counselling service for adults with Asperger Syndrome.
We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to work as an important member of our head office team. Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment, coordinating staff training, maintaining the staff database, developing policies and procedures and dealing with day-to-day personnel issues.
Experience or qualification in the human resources field is preferred but not essential. Would especially suit returner to work or someone seeking postgraduate qualification.
